It is capable of killing bacteria that have become resistant to other therapies and thus also helps treat tuberculosis that is resistant to other treatments. | Relcer is an anti-acid syrup that contains Aluminium, Magnesium , Simethicone, and deglycyrrhizinated liquorice.
