| Amoxyclav 375 Tablet is a penicillin-type of antibiotic that helps your body fight infections caused by bacteria. It will not work for viral infections such as the common cold. | Ascoril D Plus Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml belongs to a class of medication called 'cough and cold preparations' primarily used to treat dry cough. Coughing (dry or productive) is the body's way of clearing irritants (like allergens, mucus or smoke) from airways and preventing infection. | Relcer is an anti-acid syrup that contains Aluminium, Magnesium , Simethicone, and deglycyrrhizinated liquorice. It is a quick relief anti-acid therapy used in treating indigestion, duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, gastritis, heartburn and gastric hyper-acidity. It is not recommended in patients with kidney diseases. | Gauze can be used for cleansing, packing, scrubbing, covering, and securing in a variety of wounds.
